Help me decide which pc to buy !!!

Hey guys ! , thank you first of all for helping me out .

I want to buy a pc , never had a pc before so im a total noob . I need a pc for 1080p gaming , mostly league of legends . No shooting games since I have my ps4 for that . I also want to stream and recorde for YouTube .
I have two options in mind first is this

Oh my monitor is dell , it support free synch and it’s 1080p .

For LOL the cheaper one is fine, but any of the lower end pre-built gaming systems from BestBuy, Walmart and those types of stores, would be using cheaper parts, especially the power supply. That often means the systems die faster. You should consider building a system, maybe with some help from friends/parents/etc...

You should probably go with the advice given to this guy in this thread. He was looking at exactly the same two systems.
