Asus Radeon R9 280X DirectCUII vs Asus Radeon R9 280X DirectCUII TOP, which one? does top make enough difference?

Personally i would go with the cheaper one as any difference is going to be fairly negligible, a few fps here and there perhaps. This is a good card so get whatever works better with your budget.
