Help Me Ease My Mind

Okay, this may sound REALLY stupid and I mean REALLY stupid but I was browsing my C: driver to see what exactly was taking so much space so out of curiosity I right clicked the windows folder and tried to click properties but accidentally clicked DELETE! So realizing what I had done I immediately canceled the deletion process.

I was just wondering If I am ok?
Everything seems fine it's just i'm like really scared because I literally almost died when i accidentally started to delete the windows folder.

Well when you click delete, it asks you if you are sure.
Did you click yes and then clicked cancel after?
