help me enable Regedit

What do you mean exactly by this? As far as I'm aware its not possible to turn off regedit. Press Windows key + R, in the run dialogue box, type regedit and you should be prompted with a privilege escalation box, press yes and you should now have access to the registry.

when i do that i dont have any message it just wont start.

Tried everything that was at this site: http://www.tweakandtrick.com/2011/04/enable-regedit-registry-editor.html

But nothing helped me.

It's my PC, yesterday i used regedit now i cant. Didnt touch anything in it (except deleting some old games files). i can use CMD, MSCONFIG and all other programs but only regedit is cousing the problem.

The regedit.exe is in C:Windows but i cant open it, just dont work. Double click on it, nothing heapend, i can only right-click but still cant do anything from that. I'll try system restore now.

I meant in the registry itself. However you mentioning that you can't actually open it from clicking the file likely means it's damaged.

Try running this in CMD
Code:
chkdsk C: /f
A restart will likely be required.

acces it denied as you dont have sufficient privileges. You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode

Press start, type in CMD, right-click it and run as administrator, then type in
Code:
chkdsk C: /f

it didnt repair it.
