I have these doubts in CPUs..
1) Is the top end 4th Gen. processors > top end 3rd Gen. processors? Also, top end 3rd gen processors > top end 2nd? (In Intel)

2) is Ivy bridge> Haswell > Sandy in evrey generation?

3) Does the CPU performs faster when the GHz rating is high no matter what the generation or model it is?

4) Does LGA 1150 has the future proof and it always 1150 > 1155 ??

Nope, in most cases the Speed of the CPU is not the most important factor.
LGA 1150 is future proof, this is due to some of the new Intel CPUs being on this platform.

1150 is new socket line from intel . better then previous in some aspects . but not best . . people still recommends ivy bridge if cost is issue . but 1150 is somehow future proof
