Help me find a case (e-atx) , psu

Currently building my 5th pc. It is a Xeon x5650 with the intel s5200hc motherboard.

The prerequisites:
Case must be E-ATX
PSU must be 550W and can supply a minimum of 3 amps of 5-V standby (the board really requires this
Budget: 200 USD
