That doesn't exist at your price range. Most Ultrawide monitors are 8bit, some are 8bit + FRC. Those that are true 10bit are only 100Hz refresh rate and cost a bit more than your budget and I only know of one that is a 10bit 100Hz and that's the Asus PA34VC.
