Help me find a PC that's a IMac equivalent

[No Use For A User Name]

I'm looking for a PC to run the Adobe Creative Cloud, with an emphasis in Premiere. My budget is $700, I'm open to building or purchasing a ready to go system.

I'm looking for something that would be comparable to an iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012) with the following specs (this is the standard system at my college.) 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5, Memory 8gb 1600 MHz DDR3, Graphics NVIDIA Geforce GT 650 512 MB.

Any insight would be appreciated, I'm trying to find a system for an early graduation gift. Please help me and you can take pride knowing a clueless man from Utah thinks you are awesome!
