[SOLVED] help me find match graphic card

I want graphic card which is value of money,
I have 2x6pin on my 400 watt PSU (ATX)
my mainboard is asrock a320m-hdv with Ryzen 3 3200 G

previously, I am seeking of new case but I think i will choose later after I got new graphic card.
I hope I can reach 75 fps with MSAA activated on 1080 resolution.

Actually I am not depended on budget cause if I limit my budget I go will rx 580 but on this case, I want to find what is the best gpu for my current system.

Also, I didn't want overbudget branded for psu, I just want it's worth or not

That is a very good price for the PSU. The Corsair CX550 which I normally recommend is overpriced currently, so it makes sense to go with this.

Yeah thanks for the answers but i wonder why everytime I am ask about gpu people always said budget, but actually i want to spend no matter it cost just for to find best gpu and psu too ofc.
