Hi guys, I'm looking to find the cheapest possible laptop that meets my needs. I want to use this for programming and web development so screen real estate is most important.

The Laptop needs: 1440p to 4k. Dual-Core 2GHz+ CPU, preferably 64GB+ SSD. 4GB Memory.

GPU can be integrated for all I care. I don't need it. Size/weight don't matter. Battery life can be < 2h.

Lol don't joke and tell me that I should just carry around a desktop.

The specs don't seem too demanding apart from the screen resolution. I'd say look on Ebay or Craigslist for a used Mac Pro or Alienware 18 laptop, that's your cheapest bet.
Here's a good list of laptops with large screens. Although I'll say that for programming, nothing beats a dual or tri screen setup.
