built my pc about a year ago and it worked fine the first couple of months but for a while now it will crash randomly while playing most games. i could play terraria, shellshock, dont starve, etc just fine but it will crash while playing csgo, pubg, fortnite, h1z1, bf1, etc. i thought at first maybe my pentium g4560 was too low end so i upgraded to an i5 7500k. still same issue. someone suggested that it may have been a bad installation of windows 10 causing the problem so i got a new hard drive and installed windows 10 with the same issue. ive tried to unpark my cpu cores. no dice. it still crashes and when i say random i mean i could play for hours on end and be okay but on some days i could play 5 minutes and crash. my temps all hang around 60 degrees celsius which ive heard is too low to cause this problem. when it crashes i usually get a black screen and no audio. ive noticed that when it does crash i usually trigger the crash by pressing a button on my keyboard doesnt matter which one. as an example lets say im playing csgo and wanna see the scoreboard so i hit 'tab' boom it crashes or wanna see inventory in pubg so i hit 'e' boom crash. so can some please PLEASE give me some help i would really appreciate it.

system specs:
i5 7500 7th gen
radeon rx460 4 gb
8gb ballistix ram
1tb WD blue hard drive
gigabyte LGA1151 H110 Micro atx
500w EVGA psu

thanks in advance to anyone who replies to this. have a great day.

whats the current bios version on your system?
what software do you use to monitor your temps?

From the symptoms you are providing I'm inclined to lean towards vid card being the cause.

hopefully more senior members of this forum can be of assistance. have you looked at your event logs for error messages?
