Help me find the bearings.

First I need to find the bearings.
With this kind of fan? Can you tell where it is? Center or at the side?
There is no holes in the fan to put an oil to it but there is one mark circle? Is that suppose to make a hole to it? By the way the mark circle is on the side.

Another thing is it safe that I will use WD40 first to clean it and oil it after?


 
Solution
Well, it's sealed and in very center holding a 1 - 2mm shaft that's on the rotor side.. Don't use WD40 it's bad for plastic parts and coil insulation. Access to the bearing would be on other side.
Look on the other side as said above. ^^

"WD" stands for water displacement. Not intended as a lubricant & mostly solvents. Silicone would be a better choice for plastics. Have had good luck using a drop of motor oil for ball bearing fans.
