It's about a Asian gang(s) with 2-3 bosses where they have their gangs fight with knives only
Can't remember much but a few scenes
1. 2 gang bosses are being chased by another gang with knives then their gang comes in via a bus transport with knives
2. A flashback scene maybe after a crime boss kills his gang brother and their peeing in the restroom and his friend who has white hair and wearing a undershirt? Uses his leg to kick him as a joke, the white hair guy gets hit by a car during a gang fight
3. At the end of the movie the last crime boss goes fight the godfather or whatever and ends up dying I think or vise versa
