[SOLVED] Help me finish my new build (Budget $1000)

Hey everyone,
This is my first post on this forum and this is probably gonna be a long read, sorry about that.

So my new 2019 build would be:

• CPU: Something Ryzen (unless there's a better value for intel)
• MoBo: Depends on CPU of course, but definitely something with high speed DDR4 RAM support and with good future upgrade-ability
• RAM: 2x8 GB DDR4 (Idk which bus speed to get, the prices really vary in my country)
• GPU: RX 5700 XT
• PSU: Wattage depends on build, but definitely something by Corsair, modular and 80+ Gold Certified

I want the absolute best value for my money in under $1000 - $1200 preferably. Max I can go is $1500 if it's really worth it.
I'd greatly appreciate it if you can give me advice and suggestions on finishing my build.

I'll be mainly gaming on 1080p with a 144hz monitor. I don't care too much about graphics as long as I get buttery smooth fps on competitive titles. But on single-player games I want at least 60fps on reasonably good graphics.
I will also be working on some blender and after effects.

Thanks a lot. I already have 4 TB worth of HDDs from my previous build so this fits my budget perfectly. Might wait for RX 5700 XT with custom coolers first though, blowers sound like a horrible idea with AMD GPUs.

Update: Just saw custom RX 5700 XT reviews popping up this hour. Sapphire RX 5700 XT Pulse is only $10 more than the blower version. SWEET!
