Help me fiqure out how much power my psu is using so we can determine if i can overclock my CPU

ok guys so here is my build,

Corsairs CX430w 80+ bronze PSU
i5 3570k Stock Clock
GTX 650 ti boost SC (i also Overclocked)
6 Case Fans including H60 RaidiederFAN Corsair H60 Water cooler
MSI Z77A G41 MOBO
2x4 vengeance ram
Caviar blue 500gb HDD
120gb Samsung SSD 840 series
External WD usb 3.0 500g HD

my system is running great with this setup even tho i feel as if im almost to my PSU's limit, however i am a novice i just started building computers this year and not sure if i can over clock my cpu safely i dont know how much more juice my PSU has. i must say tho my computer is running strong. very fast and powerful. please tell me if you guys think im good to overclock my cpu? or if im pushing my psu as it is?

well lets see its a 450W power supply with a 32A 12V rail. 6 fans would take ~2-3 amps, leaving you lets say 29A on the 12v, so 12x29 = 348 watts, the max wattage of your gpu is around 140W, and you cpu is around 80W so that, let's say redlining your rig would be 220W so youd be left with lets say 120W, plenty to power your HD's as well as a healthy OC. now down the road you might run into a issue, if you sli/add a few too many accessories, but as for now you're good to go.

I have a Back-UPS uninterruptable backup power supply. This has a USB feedback connector that tells the system how much battery is left and if a power failure occurred. Plus: what the current load is!
I can see that the UPS is currently giving 112.5W to the system.
