Help me fix BF4 Lag

So after the spring update for BF4 i went to try and play and it was supper laggy. I turned down all the graphics and everything i could off to see if that was the problem. But i was still lagging so then i did a test to see my connection and fps and it said my system was good and i was running 120 fps. But for me it looks like 2 fps and freezes. Does anyone know what the problem is or how i could fix it? Please help
