Help me fix my build *Canadian*

The max I can go is around $900 Canadian, not going over the price it is now. If there is any way I could spend less and get the same performance please help me. I would be playing games like world of Warcraft, I would like to be able to play on ultra graphics at 60fps. I would also be playing borderlands, dying light, fallout, bo3, wolfenstine,cs go and some other single player games. I would like the keep the graphics as high as I can with a fps above 40. Thanks for any help.

I would make a list from pcpartpicker and people can tweak\verify the choices.

Much easier than making 50 lists myself every day.
