help me fix my computer

hello i am 15 years old and i have a problem whit my computer.

my pc is old but its a good pc. it happend abute a month ago that when i start a game like fortnite, heartstone, rust and all my game that when i move my mouse left to right the fps goose to 140 to 25 in instant and sometime chrashes. it never happend before and I cant get rid off it
and i tride to reinstall the drivers on my gpu.

windows 10
i7 3770 3.4 ghz
gigabyte technology h77m-dh3
ddr3 8 gig dual 665. 1 MHz
nvidia geforce gtx 970 msi core 135 mhz gddr5 memory 4096 mbytes
coolermaster g750m psu
evo 850 250 g

You have two drives. I'd disconnect the SSD (where you're booting Windows from, presumably), and install fresh Windows copy onto the HDD, and see whether your issue remains. This way you'll know whether its software or hardware issue.

I would maybe blame that PSU. Those are not very good quality.

Download software that will let you monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures.

Free monitoring software, MSI Afterburner:

Once you have that installed, you can go into it's settings and tell it to display the CPU and GPU temps, usage fan speed on the screen.

Download a free video card test here:

Run that test while keeping an eye on the temps and report back.

I just noticed you said this:

If you're overclocking the GPU put it back to stock settings.
