Question Help me get this desktop wired properly I can’t find the problem

Hi all,

first time post. My name Is Levi.
I am currently working on a hp desktop
It seems I’ve wired everything properly however the Pc will power on yet I have no vga or dvi display on any monitor. Any thoughts suggestions or help?? Please lol I’ve included pics
