i think thats them
http://
and
http://

That's not really enough information to give you a good answer. We can tell that it is 1600MHz RAM with CAS 9 timings, but that information doesn't tell us the voltage. Did you already buy both sticks? Did you buy them new or used? If new, where did you buy them so we can look up the specs?

I haven't bought them yet, and they are used, i can call the guy and ask him for the specs(if he knows them..) and i think he bought them from here http:// but the site doesnt say much either...

Those are just general product pages. Without knowing the exact model numbers there is no way of knowing how compatible they are.

What are the system specs of the system you plan on putting these in? It looks like some of the Genesis RAM models requires a whole lot of voltage. If the RAM is designed to run over about 1.55 volts you will probably run into issues if this is going in an Intel system.

They will always default to the slowest speed module. As per the links you provided they both are 1.5v modules. The only way to tell is to try just remember if they fail you can return and buy a matching set of the fastest set.

But how will it act on AMD CPU? Cos i have readen on the official HyperX site it works good on intel.

It will work just fine with an AMD system. You will probably just need to manually set the RAM speed/timings/voltage to the manufacturer recommended specs in the BIOS. The motherboard owners manual should tell you how to do that.
