Question HELP ME GUYS

well i have built a new PC and everything worked and so ....
after i update my GPU driver it started crash and restart the whole PC and when it's back he tell's me all setting back to default or something like that ?
he tell's me about wattman or something like that ?
i really need HELP
i built my new PC before days
and now i can't play any game ,it's crash immediately
ANY HELP?
My PC parts

msi x470 gaming plus
amd razen7 1700
XFX RX 580
PSU cooler master MWE BRONZE 550watt
PLEASE HELP ?

Did the windows troubleshoot screen came over? What tells you exactly to go back to default setting?

Unless you can open your pc and go to windows download the program called DDU(display driver uninstaller) that clean all the gpu drivers. Then redownload them.
