Simply do not give them the WiFi password.
MAC filtering is pretty useless as a security feature.

Alot of people used to do MAC filtering like 15-20 years ago, but it's a real pain to get other people connected to your wifi and it's still not that secure. It will only stop non-hackers from using an off the shelf program to brute force your wifi password.
