Question Help me i have tried everything possible

It has now come to the point where every game, app or software i use it either lags, stutters or just doesn't run smoothly. I have done all i can think of by updating all of my drivers and trying everything YouTube recommends. It is starting to become a really frustrating issue. I usually try run games at 3840 x 2160 between 60 - 144hz.


Any help if anyone has experienced anything similar would be appreciated.

Is this problem a new one?
If so, what might have changed since all was well.

As a quick test run the cpu-Z bench on your i5-11600Kf.
You should get a score of about 690:

If you are running any other apps like discord while gaming, stop them all and test.

Which specific games are you having problems with?
