Help me improve this rig

here's the rig im planning to get in few days , is there anyway i can improve this rig and not crossing the current price range?

Intel Core i7 - 3.5GHz - 4770k
SAPPHIRE HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB GDDR5
KINGSTON - 8GB - 1600 - HyperX
Seagate-SATA 3 - 1 TeraByte 64mb buffer

POWER GREEN GP600A-EU

Change the 7870ghz to the 7870XT

There is cheaper G-Skill ram than he kingston kit

for PSU, conisder the EVGA 600B $40 as a budget option and the Antec HCG 620M $50 as alterantive PSU options

3D modeling/Rendering is my priority and gaming obviously. just sum up and see how much these parts would cost , thats my budget.

LG 22' LED. i do lots of rendering that require a decent processor and ram, i wouldnt mind playing games in the market tho.

Did you consider the fx-8350? It's less than the price of i5-k model and better for 3D modeling/rendering. Also, the extra savings could get you a 760.

There are also Intel Xeon E3 1225v3 which is $220 and basically a i7 but lower clocked (by 200mhz) and no OC

im not really considering to change CPU , i guess im sticking with the current one. how's the gpu ?

I would consider getting an 7870XT, it costs about the same as the 7870ghz but performs better

right now your CPU costs more than your GPU which is sort of unbalanced as GPU is generally more important

Generally, the only reason I would keep the i7 is for your rendering needs, but the i5 is still very good for rendering. You could go even cheaper with an FX-8350 which is great for multicore programs like CAD.

another reason for getting 4770 is that im not really planning on upgrading CPU in near future, tho i might go for a better GPU next year. so yea.

If you're not going to OC, an Xeon E3 1225v3 is only $20 more than an i5 4670k [$30 more than 8350] and offers hyperthreading

for rendering use I would suggest the Xeon on a larger budget and the 8350 on a lower budget, i5s are a decent in between choice

If i had the cash I would get the Xeon
