The Windows 10 blue background? Give it suficient time and if it doesn't move on, the installer probably has an error. Did you choose Windows 10 from the Universal USB Installer OS scroll window? If so, did you use the same ISO you used before? If so, you may need to use a different ISO download... or you may need to use a different USB Installer tool.. Id repeat the build process first, and leave the computer working while it's building it... using it during that process can have negative results on the installer.

And there is also a different process to create the HDD Windows Installer.. It's essentially building a Recovery Patition from which the installation can be started.

Check the related videos here... watch a few and use...
1. Check in the BIOS that USB is enabled and set as first boot device...
2. Check the USB drive is detected as a HDD... (may be listed in the BIOS post, or listed in the BIOS as one of the HDDs)
3. Press the key to bring up the BIOS boot device list, select USB-HDD, bootable HDDs should come-up where you can select the USB. If it doesn't come-up, it may not be bootable due to USB Windows builder error. If this is the case, try a diferent tool. If nothing yet, download Windows 8 USB Installer Maker and use it to repair the USB installer with "Fix USB Boot"... or you can use it to correctly create the USB Installer.

Tried both still cant see USB flash drive in BIOS and cant start installation.USB Support 2.0 and USB Legacy is enabled. When I go to USB-HDD i dont see my usb listed.Tried using Windows8 maker tool used 'Fix Boot' nothing happend.

From withing Windows open Explorer and browse to the USB drive Windows installer, and run the Setup.exe file. If the USB installer was built without errors, setup.exe should execute normally and start the Windows installation. If setup doesn't execute you'll know the installer has errors and you need to rebuild it. If it does execute, either continue with the installation which can continue from the USB after a "USB pre-selected" reboot, Or shutdown the computer and reset the BIOS to remove possible corruption that prevents USB boot. After that, try booting to USB as instructed before.

Presumably you're aware of the warnings in:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2615#ov
and have a compatible processor and memory installed.

You say that you've flashed the BIOS and it didn't help but you haven't said whether or not your system boots any version of Windows. If so, do what Chicano says and run the setup.exe on the installation drive. It can do a clean install for you.

If you've never run Windows on this system, install an optical drive and boot from a Windows installation DVD (CDROM on the boot menu). The Windows Media Creation Tool will burn one for you on another system.

BTW, I strongly recommend Windows 10. You can still activate the free upgrade if your BIOS has the original Windows 7 or 8 product key and is eligible for a digital upgrade.

Yes, assuming you can boot from a USB drive. You may have to select the drive or rearrange the boot order in the BIOS first.

Those are:
a) HDD connected via USB or USB-Drives which are read as External HDDs,
b) Floppy Disk Drives,
c) CDROMs
d) or ZIP drives.. Outdated large floppy disk drives.
All of which would be connected via USB, so the obvious choice is the USB-HDD..

And there is another option you may want to consider if USB doesn't work and CD/DVD drive is out of the question: This other option is using a HDD partition to start the Windows installer from. Some USB installer tools can use any drive letter, not only USB drives, to install the Windows installer on, make the partition bootable, and start as any bootable HDD to begin installing Windows from. One such tool I use is "Universal USB Installer Maker" which has a box you can mark to show all drive letters, there you can select an empty HDD partition, and use it to install the Windows ISO on and build the Windows installer.

BTW: This message indicates the USB Installer creation Tool had an error... you'd need to use a different tool, or use another computer to create it, and maybe even use a different Windows ISO to create the installer.

It can also mean (I obviously forgot this possibility): That you're trying to run a 64 bit installer from a 32 bit OS but it doesn't necessarily mean it will not run propperly from boot installation.

I made USB drive to boot as HDD and now i can see it in BIOS and I installed windows installation on it,when i start installation it just shows blue screen and it keeps like that for more than 5mins
