Get Windows license key later on. There is no difference in performance... https://www.howtogeek.com/244678/you-dont-need-a-product-key-to-install-and-use-windows-10/

Well its hard to save you money simply because a lot of prices arent showing .

Assuming this is because youve filtered stuff to amazon becaue you want everything from there?
OOS items wont show prices at all on partpicker then.

Swap the board to this

https://www.amazon.com/ASRock-MicroATX-Motherboard-B450M-PRO4/dp/B07FVYKFXF/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1546424211&sr=8-7&keywords=asrock+b450

Swap the ram to this

https://www.amazon.com/Patriot-Viper-2666MHz-PC4-21300-Memory/dp/B079NQHWMG/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1546424246&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=ddr4+16gb&psc=1

Thats $80 saving instantly.

You can get a 4gb rx 580 for the same price or less than a 3gb 1060 too.

https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-11265-07-20G-Radeon-Backplate-Graphics/dp/B06ZZGXTTK/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1546424571&sr=8-4&keywords=rx+580+4gb

Its a better card,if you did that you'd want the cx550 instead

https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Bronze-Certified-Modular-CP-9020102-NA/dp/B01MRW2K79/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1546424648&sr=8-1&keywords=cx550&th=1

Hello madmatt,
I actually dont know anything about amd's GPU's, how does the rx580 compare with the 1060 3gb?

I'd class the 4gb 580 as better than a 1060 3gb personally, on release they traded blows, drivers updates & optimisations have now made the 580 the better card.

Bearing in mind the only cut down on the 580 is half the vram whereas the 3gb 1060 also has 10% less processing power than the 6gb model.
