Hi,

I was stress testing an overclocked R 1700 w/ Prime95 but stopped the test as a precaution because AIDA64 was telling me that "CPU Package (W)" was shooting up past 110. What does this number signify? What temperature numbers should I be concerned about when evaluating my current OC settings?

Thanks for taking a look.

Looks like it is referring to cpu power consumption in Watts. 110 watts is normal for a multi core cpu with hyper threading. You should always care for cpu temps (green line) hovering between 60 and 80 C. They seem pretty normal. You re on 1.248 volts which is also a safe voltage.
