Help me maybe?

ok here i am,
cause i cant find my answer, and i have good knowledge about this stuuf, so sont try to be simple just explain,

ok so i had windows 8,
i wanted to revert to windows 7,
so i was deleting old system files,i found my linux.iso,
i wanted to dual boot, so i installed it,
turns out i forgot to set the partitions and it wiped everything, so now basically,
1.i dont have any data
2.my NTFS partition is gone
3.so now i tried to reboot with a windows 7 bootable disk, but when i click install it says "cd/dvd drivers not found please click on directory"
i tried inserting the motherboard cd but in vain...
so m stuck with linux 13, cant launch any .exe files,

any help?

Testdisk. The "oh, golly gee whiz I just formatted my hardrive by mistake" best friend. I've recovered entire lost partitions with it. http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_Step_By_Step

Go into the BIOS and make sure the CD/DVD drive is included in the boot order. Then insert your Windows 7 installation CD and turn on the computer. you should boot into the windows 7 installation. Wipe all partitions before installing 7. Once Windows 7 is installed, download wubi.exe form the Ubuntu site and run the setup to dual boot ubuntu alongside windows 7 if you want to.
