hey i have a laptop and look what is sayes on site http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/107009/en-us before downloading backup your laptop why???? do i have to backup or just update with geforce experience? ( i have laptop )

and is it really important? is that why i am lagging?

Any time you install system drivers you have a chance of something going wrong. So they want you to back it up in-case it does. Backing up after you have an issue is not very effective.

There is no way to know about why you are lagging since you did not provide any info about your issue, the game, your computer specs, etc...

Copy your files to an external drive, if you use Outlook make sure your offline files are also copied over, OST and PST files.

I usually backup My Documents, My Videos, My Music, Favorites, Desktop folders from the user directory, and check where your email client saves email, copy those also.
