hello ppl...i have an old mobo wich has no oc options in its bios...i tried to look for jumpers but seems it hasn't either  ...can anybody sugest me a program who can do the trick from the desktop ? :?

i even tried the trick with "cover the B21 pin of the CPU with a stick...and the mobo will be fooled to believe that its a 100 mhz fsb cpu not a 66 one" and nothing...again that worthless 300 mhz :|
out of ideeas...some1 help ? i want to raise it above 400 or 450 mhz ...

The problem is not your Procesor but the mainboard. Wim's BIOS page has an updated bios for this MB and you could try updating the BIOS.

doubt it will help though, the PII's are multiplier locked and this webpage gives your mainboards chipset as the i440lx. The LX did not support 100MHz FSB - this was introduced with the 440BX so the trick of covering the B21 pin to force the FSB to 100Mhz is not going to work here.

In short - you cannnot OC your PII on the MB you currently have.

Sorry
