I am on a tight budget and I need a good graphic card. I am from India.... cant cross 5500...... Here are the option - AMD/ATI r7 240

Thats completely out of budget. These all are selling under 5000 Rupees in India.

If you mean the 750 ti is on discount and you can get the money to buy it. I would advice getting it over those cards.
