Is this pc build good for gaming and doing my college project and surfing the web?

Also i have some questions. The ram should i use the trident z rgb or trident z neo? And for a gtx 1660 ti should I get msi gaming x or asus rog strix gaming oc because the asus one is on sale at my country.

And also can you guys suggest any budget 24inch 144hz 1ms monitor.

Having the dual SSD would be an improvement over the 1 HDD & 1 SSD. Here you install the OS and applications on the 480GB SSD and all games on the 1TB SSD. The RX5700 is a huge performance improvement, 20+%, from the GTX 1660Ti for only $20, or 7% more expensive. The Ryzen comes with a decent CPU cooler and you can use it first, just will be a little louder than the 212 EVO.

Yeah, that's pretty good.

The Neo supposedly has better optimized timings for Ryzen cpus, but I doubt it beats the results of doing it yourself with Ryzen Dram Calculator... it just requires a little time on your end.

Up to you really. Go with the cheaper one. But if they happen to be the same price, then pick based on looks.
As for 2-fan vs 3-fan:
-generally, 3-fan should provide a little better cooling performance, but that's not until the higher rpm ranges - and that means a little more noise.

If its a cheap gaming monitor you need check out the Acer KG241QF (KG241QP in my country) .It's a 23.6" 144Hz TN Panel monitor with 1ms response time and it supports freesync. If you can expand your budget and simply need your monitor to look cool and as bezelless as possible check out the Lenovo Y25F-10, which is a bit pricier than the Acer i mentioned.
