If they are both being used on the same CPU cooler, you can connect them one of two ways:

Option 1: Connect one to the CPU_FAN header. Connect the other to the CPU_OPT header.

Option 2: Connect both to the CPU_FAN header using a simple 4-pin PWM splitter like this one:

Then run Fan Xpert from your ASUS AI Suite 3 software. Run the calibration program for all of your fans so the software knows exactly what fans you have. Then select the STANDARD fan profile for you CPU_FAN header (and CPU_OPT header if you use it.
