i updated my windows 8.1 and now im not able to play fifa 14 again.... i dont have the cd version sooo can any1 help me out ?

Have you tried running the game in compatibility mode for Win 7/Vista/ XP versions? If not try that by enabling the compatibility mode from the properties of the Game's Exe.
If you have downloaded it via steam or Origin, contact tech support.

When you say you updated your windows 8.1, do you mean you updated from an old version of windows (like 7 or vista) to windows 8.1, or did you install a windows update?

If you used the windows upgrade feature you should be able to find the old game files in a folder on the C: drive called Windows.old
