Can this pc play 1080p/1440p max settings in most games, any specs i Need to upgrade?

I can't know if you have issues with your internet/network performance, but the hardware/system is quite strong and wouldn't be a concern.

Since the computer is rather fast, and you worry about latency, then you will want to use wired networking instead of WiFi. I'm just guessing, but it seems you probably have some bad experience with burps in performance. That hardware is quite good, but don't pair it with WiFi or it'll be wasted.
