[SOLVED] Help me out

I changed my mobo today. i bought a new ssd also and put there my operating system. Now its look like full new windows 10.Everything is new. I had my necessary files on my hdd drive. yeah i can see all of my previous file there. But cant find them in apps and features. Its looks like simple but i have not enough knowledge about those type of system.

The new Windows install on the SSD knows nothing about the pre-existing software that was installed on the HDD.

Any applications that were installed on the HDD prior to re-installing Windows, you will need to re-install them.
