Help me overclock my AMD 9850

Hi I am new to overclocking I want to overclock my cpu to as high as possible that is safe it is stock 2.50
AMD 9850 2.5
CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler ,
Antec True power 1000
ASUS M3N78 PRO AM2+/AM2
Western Digital VelociRaptor
8 gigs of CORSAIR DOMINATOR 4GB TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF at 800mhz want to overclock back to 1066 but don't know how?
A EVGA Geforce gtx 260 SSC (626)
Antec 900 with fan on side

i get stuck at 3.0. at 3.1 im unstable and still trying to figure out what i need to change. just make sure you get a nice cpu cooler. the one i use is a coolermaster v8. keeps it at a steady 33C idle.

Hey I used the AI overclock on my asus m3n78pro and overclocked by %10 and it is at 2.75 but when I try to set the voltage for your settings their is no 1.4 setting i don't know if i am doing that right or what
