Did you read at the top of the page where it said "OVERCLOCKING STICKY". It says it at the top of the page. All you have to do is read a little. I'm not sure you totally understand the many variables as your CPU voltage is already dangerously high. Read a little so we can help you with your issue.

ok so i have read the other forums. it didt realy help me out too much thats why i posted this. I settled for less and only got 2.1 ghz but my voltage is something around 1.57. i started it at 1.4 and it blue screened till 1.5ish. all i want to know now is why could i not overclock it further. is it because of the processor cause i know every processor is not made with the same ability's or is it due too my temps or voltage. please just answer the question or dont bother by telling me to look at others forums

It is as easy as reading here :

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/253365-29-core-overclocking-guide

not trying to send to other forums, trying to get you to understand that "Overclocking" your CPU is as not as easy as you think... If you have not done any overclocking you should at least read and learn the basics. Then once you have an idea of how it works you can ask as many questions as you want. Overclocking is not achieved by me telling you to do a certain task, it involves changing many values and settings. The link above is pretty strait-forward, it does not get any easier than that...

ok here my spec's:

first go to the ram page and set it to 8 8 8 21 the memory

2d set the cpu differential amplitude to 8

the qpi/ram set it to(132500 or 1.33125) depends on the cpu voltage you need.....

the cpu voltage to start boot and be stable should be not higer than 1.34 on that mother board(dropping the dram voltage help you lower the voltage need it with that qpi/ram number............

set those things and give me and up date-disable turbo an type inn 21 on the ratio (if dint'it yet)

submit the changes and tell me how it goes
