just raise your multiplier one or two steps at a time.test in between adjustments with a program like occt.dont touch any other adjustments other than disabling turbo mode.do this until your pc crashes,then set it back one step on the multiplier.this is your max oc without raising cpu voltage.once you have reached this point you have to raise cpu voltage by a small amount,followed by an increase in the multiplier.after that it is a back and forth with the multiplier setting and the cpu voltage.with the cooler you have you wont get much beyond 4ghz without overheating.i have a 6300 overclocked to 4.5ghz and had to go to a better cooler.take a look at the nh d14 cooler from noctua.https://noctua.at/en/nh-d14
