Help me Pc issues

So i have bought my pc 9 months ago , and now a week ago it started wheni try to play a game blue screen Schedular Interal error Blue Screen and on that blue screen and on that blue screen is fucked up it doesnt have some pixels or smth its fucked up and it restarts and boots up nornal and stuff and i literraly cant do shit with gpu , I tried everything i tried advices on google , So i really tried everything so help me please, Specs: Intel I5 7400 , Gigabyte Gtx 1060 3 gb version , Ram : 8gb 2400 mhz , 1tb hdd , So it started corrupting my hdd blue screens i reinstalled windows and deleted everyhting literally everything same shit , i tried older drivers didnt work. I suspect it is gpu because screen get fucked up litteraly second before blue screen and then blue screen is fucked up i bought it 9 months ago and i maybe fucked up graphics card kill me , So some help?

What motherboard and PSU do you have?
Have you tried reseating the GPU in a different slot?
How hot does the GPU get when you use the pc normally?

I am using Asrock B250M -Hdv , I dont have a different slot, 60 °C

I use pc for gaming and my psu is Hyper 500W 80plus

Your motherboard has 4 PCI(e) slots of which 2 PCI-e 3.0 x16. Are they inaccessible that you can't reseat the GPU in a different slot?

No i dont have other pci 3.0 i have one My motherboard is Asrock B250m -Hdv

Noticed it, in that case reseat the GPU.
