Where are you located and would you be able to pas son a budget if the system you're building is brand new for you?

In the US you're talking about $100 CPU or less basically. Out of the ones you're talking about the 8300 is the best option in terms of performance. If you want to provide information on what purposes you'll be using the computer, and what your budget is, or what the rest of your system is, the community would be happy to provide more detailed information !
