help me pick a mother board

I am looking for a mother board that fits a intel I3-6100 and also fits a PCI express 3.0 video card.
Any good suggestions?
(Preferably cheap too 50-100)

Your 370 isn't all that bad. If you wanted to you could go for a RX 480 or gtx 1060 for aboout $200-250. Those cards would work nice with an i3.
