I would go with one of the ASrock's. They are full ATX boards, which will give you room to add extra cards, and use up expansion slots. The others are either mATX, which gives you less space, and are somehow more expensive (I don't know why either) or B87, which while cheap, offer a load less features. If you don't give a damn about features or expansion slots just pick the cheapest. :)
The Pro3, as a Z87 board would have a few more features, and would give the option to overclock if you wished to go with a k-series CPU down the track. This board doesn't support either SLI or Crossfire, so if multi-GPU is something that appeals to you, steer clear.

The H87 Fatality is quite a good board. I looked at this for my new build, before I decided to go AMD. Whilst not supporting SLI, it does support Crossfire, which really doesn't concern you. As a "gaming" board though, it does pack a punch when it comes to features, which can come in handy. If all you want is a reliable, single GPU board, with a few decent features and have no intention of overclocking I'd go with this one. :)

Hope this helped!
