  • hello

I am new to the whole SSD thing
I am differentiating between these two
    -ADATA SU650 120GB
    -Kingstone A400 120GB
so I'd like any info about performance and durability

btw: they cost the same where I live

Solution
I have never had any issues with any ADATA or Kingston hardware that I have purchased. In fact, Adata stuff impresses me for value for price. But I would get the Kingston here because I trust them with SSD more at this point, more experience with their memory and hardware

1| Where are you located?
2| How much are they going for and how much can you spend on the SSD?
3| Are you building an entire system or just in the market for an SSD?
4| Just to double check, can you please pass on your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

I would go with the Kingston A400.

Kingston use Toshiba NAND which, relative to the competition, is reliable. (We do not know what controller the Kingston uses, as it will vary according to exact model).
