Help me pick out a new monitor

Currently I have a Samsung 226bw 22" for my main monitor. But would like to have another one. I plan on getting one that is decent. Don't want to pay more then $250. Gaming on it no way. Maybe dual monitors with Supreme Commander. But I plan on watching tutorial videos; on After Effects, Photoshop, and others. Thanks.

I imagine Viewsonic has some nice ones. They're 5ms. Since you already have the SS 226BW 2ms, you could get the other one.
