Help me pick out from these 3 Z170 motherboards

I'm going to do a major upgrade from my first gen i3 to something new. Mostly for games and watching videos. I have the budget, but I don't want to spend pointlessly either. I've narrowed my choices to these 3, not only since they meet my budget, but more because of the fact that not all motherboards you may recommend are available in my area.

I don't really want to wait for shipping.

I'm gonna stick an i5-6500 in it and 8 GB RAM. I have a GTX650Ti which I may upgrade sometime mid next year.

The Z series motherboard are meant for overclocking boards. Only usable feature will be Scalable Link Interface (SLI). Look for H170 series motherboards
or place your budget so that we can help you.

I would go with the MSI Gaming M7.

Of the three, the GigaByte, ggod board and I won't touch MSI mobos due to their poor QC
