and i have been surfing around the internet trying to find out what to buy, i ended up with these two, i know that the twin force is better at overclocking because the software that follows but is it worth it. I think that msi just made a card with 2 fan and just grind people for more money. Im i right cause on the label its the same but on the price tag its abit more

Solution
Get the MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4GB graphics card. It is better quality, like a better power design, and VRM cooling. It also has a better cooling system, which is really good for overclocking. It has a 0db capability, so when you are not doing anything GPU intensive, the fans will not spin.

Between the two I suggest the MSI Gaming gtx 970 4gb, but myself I have went with MSI Gaming R9 390. Why?
The best price/performance gpu now. Only consumes 40-60w more than a gtx 970 and it is more powerful, especially at higher resolution.Even if you have a 1080p monitor you can use virtual super resolution to play at 1440p or even 4K on some title so the extra vram will be beneficial (altough it isn't powerful enough to use 8gb of vram, it can use more than 4gb at 1080p on certain games).ALSO GCN architecture is more optimised for Directx 12 because Mantle was used for the development of DX 12 (can use asynchronous compute as opposed to Nvidia, which is not yet optimised for that).
