Hey all,

I've been on quite a mission trying to find out why my system is BSOD'ing. Specs and back story are below, any help is appreciated.

SPECS:
(all drivers have been fully updated on a fresh install of Win 8.1)
i74770k
ROG Maximus Hero VII
Corsair H80i Liquid CPU Cooler
Corsair HX1050w PSU
(2) EVGA GTX 780
Samsung 840 Pro 250GB
Corsair Vengeance 32GB RAM
Error: WHEA Uncorrectable Error or Something Went Wrong

My system BSODs when doing anything graphics intensive...games, benchmarks, etc. I was thinking it was the PSU so I swapped it out with a new one, still BSOD'd. Today I installed the ROG mobo replacing a MSI Z87-GD65. Still BSOD'ing.

Upon installing the mobo, I tested the rig with the following configurations:
- All HDDs and SDDs off except the primary
- All RAM modules out except 1 in the first slot
- I alternated the GPUs, BSOD'd on each one and in SLI. (but this is where it gets interesting)

If I don't use the graphics cards but instead use the integrated graphics on the mobo, I don't seem to crash (or at least haven't as of yet, will edit if this changes). On the last mobo, it would cause the whole system to shut off. So this potentially indicates to me that there's an issue with the graphics drivers, but there's something else happening too... Sometimes when I first start the system up, it'll shut off really quickly. Then on the next boot attempt, it'll work...like clockwork. And I was getting random BSODs, but since I took out the GPU, I haven't had one yet. Anyway its been a long day and I am done dealing with this little rotten bastard so goodnight.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Upload the dmp files somewhere like onedrive then post the link

That whea stop error can mean the CPU is faulty a core is faulty, its overclocked or its overheating

Or it may mean a buggy BIOS

Update the BIOS in the BIOS. Or use USB BIOS flashback

If you replaced a mobo did you reinstall windows?
