i have all in one pc with 4G Ram and its 64 Bit inter(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.41GHz hp and when i do gaming i get bad fos some one help me how to fix it.

It seems you have a very low power system designed for basic tasks not gaming so it's not going to game well. Being an aio theres not really anything you can do about.
