add tons and tons of thermal paste, all that paste will cool your cpu and gpu very well, infact cover your entire mobo w/ it, i did it and now my pc is running at 10C at 30 degrees C ambient 8) 8)

Usually the lines on the screen are because something on the video card is going bad... or I've also seen that happen with OC'd RAM on video cards. My little bro had an AXP 2500+ OC'd to 3200+ speeds and a Radeon 9800 Pro OC'd and the exact same thing you're talking about happend to him after a couple of years. :(

Step 1. Pick up your computer.
Step 2. Find the tallest building in your neighboring area (if you live in the middle of nowhere, a mountain or cliff is fine also)
Step 3. Drop the computer, making sure it hits as many things as possible (try to avoid people)
Step 4. Buy a new computer
Step 5. If it still doesn't work, repeat steps 1-4

Seriously though... we need some more information to work with. I doubt you burned out your processor, even if you tried... Full system specs would help, and what else you tried it with... and better yet, use proper english.
